Incorrect Personal Details on an HSK Score Report: A Private Preparation Guide

If your received HSK score report has an incorrect name, nationality or gender, CTI’s captured FAQ describes a correction route. Needing another copy is a different problem. Although the older duplicate-report excerpt supplies no procedure, the separately captured additional-report service page does. Classify your need before choosing a service or paying.

This guide explains supplied official captures dated 24 October 2026; it is not a live portal walkthrough or availability check. The table and worksheet below are editorial preparation aids, not CTI application forms. Keep your notes private and never send identification or account details to this blog.

Choose the problem before the service

Your situation Preparation decision Official evidence boundary
Name, nationality or gender is incorrect Record the affected field; investigate correction. The captured correction FAQ names these examples.
Details are correct; another copy is needed Investigate additional-report delivery separately. The additional-report service page describes this service.
The report is lost Verify whether the additional-report service fits your circumstances. Do not assume a lost-report entitlement from the excerpts.
You disagree with a score Keep that question separate from personal-detail correction. These excerpts establish no score-review procedure.
Another field is incorrect Ask whether that field is eligible before applying. The supplied examples do not settle every possible error.

Read the FAQ sequence without treating it as today's interface

The captured correction FAQ describes this order: log in to the HSK service website, choose a duplicate-report application in Personal Center, edit the affected information and upload relevant identification. CTI reviews the modification; after approval, payment precedes dispatch of the remade report. This explains the FAQ's terminology, not a verified current menu path.

The dedicated information-modification page instead directs readers to Apply Online. It states that requests must fall within two years of the test date. Its typical dispatch window is five working days after document-review approval and receipt of applicable fees—not an arrival deadline. Expedited service adds CNY 50 per service and states dispatch within three working days of receiving the relevant fees. Postage is additional, calculated by destination: DHL for international, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan destinations; SF Express for mainland China. Delivery uses the application address, and the candidate bears responsibility for delivery failure caused by incorrect or changed address information. These are captured terms, not guaranteed outcomes.

Do not borrow an additional-copy price for correction

The additional-report delivery page states CNY 80 per copy, excluding postage, with dispatch within five working days after receiving the application and related fees. Expedited service adds CNY 50 per copy, excluding postage, and states three-working-day dispatch after receipt of the application and related fees. Applications open after results are announced. That CNY 80 price does not establish a correction production fee.

The older duplicate-report capture contains only an address. It cannot independently establish an application process. The dedicated service pages add evidence; they do not prove that the FAQ's route and today's interface are identical.

Before submitting anything

Verify the applicable route, accepted documents, total charges and delivery terms on CTI's official service page. If its instructions differ from the captured FAQ, seek clarification rather than combining steps from different pages. Neither the excerpt nor this worksheet guarantees approval.

Refresh this guide when CTI changes its application route, correction window, fees, review conditions or dispatch terms. No application, payment, document upload or delivery was tested for this article.
